    We really enjoyed this pasta; it held shape and bite after leaving the spaghetti to simmer on low for a while, in order to keep it warm for a late-comer to diner. I am so very happy I have discovered this brand for cooking pasta dishes.

    I was a number one fan of your previous product before the ingredients all changed. I referred your product's many old and new celiacs.

    Once you changed your ingredients, we all stopped using them. The flavor is not the same. The old ones cooked and held up to reheating much better.

    I really wish you were still making both or the other one. Everything I have learned about good gluten free is the more types of starch/grain is much better then 1 or 2.

    I have traditionally loved the taste and texture of your gluten free spaghetti, but I see that the ingredients have changed. I'm not entirely sold on this new formula, but I'm very glad there exists a gluten free option for those who treasure spaghetti night.

    The only pasta I use. Full taste and texture of traditional Italian durum wheat pasta minus the gluten. Best brand there is!
