This is the best gluten free pasta I have tried. Not only is the texture indistinguishable from semolina pasta, but it also has nutritional value (unlike a lot of the corn based pastas). If you have celiac like me or a gluten allergy, you can stop looking. This is your brand.

We tried this product for the first time, and absolutely enjoyed it. It holds up and does it fall apart but to me it had a smidge of a peppery smell but once you put your sauce on it, it's totally fine. It has great texture! I will be buying again.
