Bionaturae Durum Semolina Chiocciole is 100% organic and is crafted by Tuscan pasta artisans who have been making pasta since 1887. We start with superior wheat, which is grown on small family farms exclusively in Italy, and freshly milled for each production. Bronze dies are used to press the shapes, and our pasta is dried slowly and at low temperatures.

    I've eaten "tons" of pasta in Italy, make by Italians in Chile and elsewhere, and in the US...and made at home...all are excellent, but the Bionaturae Chiocciole is terrific. Cooked al dente, I can't tell much difference from my really good home made pasta...and I can't make this great shapes, which isso much fun and capture sauces so well.
