The Story of Jovial and Einkorn

When Carla and Rodolfo had the idea of growing einkorn wheat, there was very little of this grain being cultivated worldwide, so they had to coordinate the farming themselves. Their search led us to this farm, where they had been growing ancient varieties of oats, barley, emmer, lentils, and chick peas for over thirty years. They had never planted einkorn before, and now, only a few years later, we are working together on this project in a perfect partnership committed not only to what we are growing, but how we grow it.

    Best digestible product!

    The Einkorn Fusilli makes wonderful, healthy pasta. It is more digestible than regular wheat and even tastes better. I use it in hot dishes and also for pasta salads. Highly recommend!
