Organic Einkorn All-Purpose Flour 10 lb.

I use this flour to make my own sourdough bread every week and have made many pies, bagels, tortillas and more with it. I love that it is organic, supports small family farms, and is made with the ancient grain Einkorn, which my family finds easier to digest. The flavor is even far superior to traditional wheat. Two thumbs up!

Once I learned about Einkorn wheat and I discovered that it barely affects my blood sugar, I started baking my own bread. I bake the rustic boule, following Jovial's recipe. Over the top delicious and I can consume bread again with no negative impact on my blood sugar and weight control. It was a natural step from there to baking Jovial's pound cake. Because I love the combination of lemon and blueberry, I modified the recipe a tad by adding those. Wow! Decadent. Finally, I am experimenting with pizza. Getting that nailed down tighter, but following Jovial's recipes, it's a piece of cake (no pun).

This is my go to flour, along with the Einkorn Wheat Berries that I grind in my Pampered Chef blender. I bake no knead sourdough bread weekly. All my baked goods have the flavor enhanced with Einkorn flour. Another benefit is that it is easier to digest. I don't have upset stomach issues or sinus issues after eating dishes made with this flour. I use it for anything that calls for flour. Some recipes need a minor adjustment, like more water, but if there isn't yeast, it's usually the same amount as conventional flour. Thank you, Jovial Foods!
