The Story

We’ve partnered with a small-scale, experienced, family-owned artisan bakery in Italy to hand-craft our delicious sourdough einkorn crackers. They have been baking bread for more than 50 years and believe in the benefits of preparing food the way our ancestors did. It takes almost 24 hours to prepare one batch of crackers, but these artisan bakers truly understand the benefits of this hands-on baking process and are proud of the end results.

    Good for eating and cooking!

    A nice snack anytime. Also, can be used for coating meat and veggies for baking and frying. I crush them with a rolling pin and coat the food with this and egg yolk. It's nice, with just enough salt.
