The Story

We’ve partnered with a small-scale, experienced, family-owned artisan bakery in Italy to hand-craft our delicious sourdough einkorn crackers. They have been baking bread for more than 50 years and believe in the benefits of preparing food the way our ancestors did. It takes almost 24 hours to prepare one batch of crackers, but these artisan bakers truly understand the benefits of this hands-on baking process and are proud of the end results.

    I have been looking at these crackers for a while debating if I wanted to try them and I am so glad I did! These have a wonderful flavor and I love that they are crisp and flavorful. I love crackers with jalapeño jelly and cream cheese and these crackers are excellent with it! So glad I purchased these abs I love the quality

    I love these crackers! I always have the Rosemary or Sea Salt on hand but now I've discovered the Everything cracker and it's my new favorite!

    These crackers are excellent, especially the rosemary flavored. For those who gave them a lower rating because they contain palm oil, please do a little more research on the debate regarding saturated fats. Also, olive oil is actually toxic when heated and should only be used raw or lightly warmed.

    These crackers are the BEST!! So flavorful with just the right anmount of seasoning.. Always crispy, and love that they are sourdough, and good for our gut too. Some of the reviewers may want to research about Palm Oil...it's one of the few healthy oils ! Thank you for making these...the best combination of your previous 3 types of crackers!
