The Story

We’ve partnered with a small-scale, experienced, family-owned artisan bakery in Italy to hand-craft our delicious sourdough einkorn crackers. They have been baking bread for more than 50 years and believe in the benefits of preparing food the way our ancestors did. It takes almost 24 hours to prepare one batch of crackers, but these artisan bakers truly understand the benefits of this hands-on baking process and are proud of the end results.

    Really crumbly

    Crackers are delicious and the snack packs are so convenient. It’s not a huge issue, but the crackers are more crumbly than some of the other low gluten or gluten free crackers on the market. No issues with shipping, but I accidentally crushed a few packs in my lunch box.
