I also give it to friends for Christmas gift- far better than giving a bottle of wine. This oil has a beautiful color and I trust the makers. So much oil is adulterated with seed oils. NOT THIS!
It tastes like fresh green olives and is so good on my einkorn sourdough loaves.

I think I only missed one year since Jovial sold this oil, only because we moved and didn't eat in much that year. But I won't live without this oil! It is the best I have ever found. Taste is outstanding. And worth the wait when you order early. I just wait. And we are over joyed when it arrives. Especially this year, because we were out. So this will be a good year for us. Only being two of us, so the three bottles will do us well. Buy it and you won't regret it. I promise you.
