100% Organic Grain Free Cassava Spaghetti

I would give this 0 stars if possible. The worst gluten-free pasta I have ever purchased in my life. Cooked for nine minutes despite instructions saying 11 b/c it was evident that it was already becoming very gummy. Tried rinsing with ice water to no avail and had to dispose of the entire pot. Very sad.

Delightful paleo-friendly pasta. Left overs did get a little soggy, but I can't complain about that. The pasta first night (cooked Al dente) was perfect.

The cassava spaghetti turned out great and is such a boon on the AIP. I wish I could submit a picture of my salmon, veggies, cassava spaghetti and homemade pesto for the dish. It tasted heavenly and looked fantastic! Thanks, Jovial Foods. I hope you add even more cassava pasta shapes to your lineup.

I am a big fan of this brand's gluten free pastas. This new cassava pasta is super good, my new favorite. It's not sticky like "normal" pasta, but it's delicious and firm textured. I think I could serve this to friends, and they would not notice. But sorry, I'm not sharing.

I really liked this pasta as a grain-free alternative. I had no problems with cooking it and it came out great. It's not going to taste like regular wheat pasta, but it's a great alternative, in my opinion!
