    I truly this pasta. I followed the recipe on the box, and it was delicious. It is versatile, as another reviewer wrote, you can add any kind of sauce to it. We create avocado sauces occasionally and it is great on this pasta. It does require a little extra boiling time, which is fine with me, that provides the ability to prepare my sauce! Highly recommend.

    We love the cassava elbows, all the cassava pastas that Jovial offers, actually. Not only are they delicious, they're one of the only alternative pastas that is as close to wheat pasta as you can get. We are so very impressed. Cassava works with everything; marinara, butter sauces, coconut oil; I've tried many variations and I have yet to be disappointed. Thank you for a really fantastic product!

    We love this pasta-

    Just curious if it blows up and gets like 5 times larger for anyone else. The photo on the box is not the size of the pasta we get- however it doesn't matter because my kid can tolerate it as well as emojis the texture and flavor, I can tolerate (I also enjoy the texture and flavor. I am just down to two safe foods again so right now tolerating is more important than enjoyment but I am 100% thrilled with the taste and texture) and my husband who can eat anything loves it too!

    What a relief to have a safe and tasty option.

    On that note- Jovial please do not change your recipe! My family is counting on this as one of our main sources of nutrition right now and folks with severe allergies really rely on consistency.

    I just lost my main food because of a recipe change and I have never been so afraid. Please keep this as is. It's perfect.

    We have tried every type of Gluten Free pasta you can think of and are now doing grain free as well. This is by far the best gluten free pasta we have ever tried! Bonus that it is also grain free but it held up 100% better than all other brands and types. We will be switching to this Cassava Pasta from now on! Thank you so much!

    Eating these tonight with an AIP pesto, grass beef beef and grilled zucks and shrooms has been THE BEST part of 2020! I am so happy I get to have PASTA on sketti night! I can't wait to try the other types!
