    Egg Pappardelle

    I didn't realize that this was actually not a full pound but it was perfect for a weeknight dinner. I sautéed chicken breast cubes with vegetables and poured them over the pappardelle. It was my first time trying these and it won't be my last!

    Delicious but rather small quantity

    A wonderful pappardelle but it was barely enough for two people
