    The best gluten-free pasta

    This is the best gluten-free pasta I have ever had, and I have had many. The addition of lentil flour positively enhances the taste and texture and makes it taste more like the “real thing.” It is now the only gluten-free pasta I will buy. My kids ask for it too, the ultimate endorsement!

    Organic Gf rice n lentil elbows.

    They cooked up perfectly. No soggy noodles. I will buy more. My husband said they made the best Mac-A- Roni salad.

    This is the best gluten free pasta I have tried. Not only is the texture indistinguishable from semolina pasta, but it also has nutritional value (unlike a lot of the corn based pastas). If you have celiac like me or a gluten allergy, you can stop looking. This is your brand.
