We start with superior wheat, which is grown on small family farms exclusively in Italy, and freshly milled for each production. Bronze dies are used to press the shapes, and our pasta is dried slowly and at low temperatures.

    My son is a very picky eater because of a lot of GI issues. We received this brand in our meal order service and he loved it. Jovial shipped quickly and has made his eating experience .ore enjoyable.

    Families

    We adore this pasta shape, it holds sauce extremely well and is versatile for casseroles, cold pasta salads and more traditional recipes. It's hard to find a clean pasta in the US without glycophate or a bitter taste from "enriched" flours and this absolutely is the best and affordable straight from Italy pasta we have found.

    Chiocciole

    This may be my favorite pasta from Bionaturae, although I order other varieties.

    I make Pasta and Peas with Pancetta and this choice is amazing. The peas and pancetta fall into the tubular shape which makes for an incredible taste. I have used it in other ways, Bologonese or with baby shrimp all of which are fabulous.

    We also never have any after affects. There is no feeling uncomfortable or full. Other pasta sometimes makes us feel sluggish but we truly do not feel this way with Bionaturae.

    Can't say enough about it, which is why I order it frequently especially since I have never seen Chiocciole in my local supermarket.

    The shipping can be a little high but it really is worth it!

    Organic Durum Semolina Chiocciole

    I highly recommend the Chiocciole pasta. Especially when used to make the baked macaroni recipe from the Jovial website. Absolutely a favorite! Delicious!
