  • ½ cup Bionaturae Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 3 garlic cloves, peeled and left whole
  • ⅛ tsp red pepper flakes
  • 1.5 lbs potatoes, peeled and cubed
  • 1 (28.2 oz) Bionaturae Whole Peeled Tomatoes
  • 1 ½ tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 2 lbs fresh cod
  • ½ cup water
  • ¾ cup black Kalamata olives, halved
  • 4 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
