Made from nature's original wheat, einkorn has remained untouched by modern hybridization and large-scale agriculture for 12,000 years. Einkorn is fast becoming the wheat of choice for the gluten sensitive due to its very weak gluten. All Purpose is a high-extraction, lighter flour that has had 20% of the bran and germ removed after milling and will stay fresh longer. Bake beautiful bread, cakes, muffins, and cookies with Jovial's Organic Einkorn Flour—it’s much easier to work with than gluten free flour.

The Story of Jovial and Einkorn

When Carla and Rodolfo had the idea of growing einkorn wheat, there was very little of this grain being cultivated worldwide, so they had to coordinate the farming themselves. Their search led us to this farm, where they had been growing ancient varieties of oats, barley, emmer, lentils, and chick peas for over thirty years. They had never planted einkorn before, and now, only a few years later, we are working together on this project in a perfect partnership committed not only to what we are growing, but how we grow it.

    Einkorn flour!

    I’ve really enjoyed making sourdough bread with the Einkorn organic flour. The bread is so delicious!

    I’ve also used this flour to make chocolate chip cookies- so very good. I will only use this flour for anything I bake now. I highly recommend it!

    Love this flour

    This flour is high quality and works very well with sourdough recipes. Love that I can order a 10lb bag directly from the company and don’t have to go through Amazon.

    Einkorn and My Family's Health

    I have long been a fan of Einkorn products. So far, the all-purpose flour is our favorite. I have been seriously considering getting a mill so I can start milling my own flour.

    Einkorn Flour Is The Best

    Einkorn flour takes getting used to working with but I am used to it now. The chocolate chip cookies and blueberry scones that I have made so far were so delicious. This is the second 10 lb. bag of Einkorn All Purpose flour I have purchased. it's so good that I never want to run out!
