Jovial's Einkorn All-purpose flour has been a life-changer for me and for our family! A friend told us about it 6 years ago, and its the only flour I have been using since then. I love bread, and I used to suffer with bloating and tummy issues. No more! This flour has also alleviated inflammation in my body, and issues with eczema that I had struggled with for years! And on top of all the health benefits... it is DELICIOUS!!! So flavorful!
I started my sourdough starter with help from Carla's videos and her cookbook that I purchased almost 6 years ago. I also learned to bake with Jovial's Enkorn flour from her videos. We are grateful for Carla's life, and all that Carla did to help transform our health, and we continue to be thankful for her family who continues to bless us with this most amazing Einkorn flour that we bake with every week!

I make French boule sourdough bread from this einkorn flour. The bread is easy to digest and has a low glycemic index. I stay full longer. I follow the recipe in the Jovial cookbook. The videos are very helpful. Give this a try..it takes time to perfect it but it is worth the effort.

This flour has a great nutty type flavor, and I love the somewhat denseness of the bread. It’s more like what my grandmother used to make. So much more depth of flavor. My very first loaves!
