Einkorn the Cookbook

I am very new to using einkorn and just at the beginning stages of making sourdough, and this cookbook has been a huge help! It explains everything in easy step-by-step instructions with beautiful pictures. I am beyond excited to use this cookbook to expand my einkorn baking to more than just bread!

I absolutely love this recipe book. I've been Gluten-free for 7 years and very frustrated with not being able to eat my favorite foods...fresh baked breads. That is until now. The bread is amazing. I've made 2 breads so far and can't wait to try sooo many more recipes. Thank you for putting this book together.

Great recipe book! I've been using it for almost a year now and Inlove all the recipes. Everything is super easy to make and tastes fantastic. Already purchased it for gifts too.

This cookbook is perfection! I've just started using Einkorn and this cookbook has been essential for me learning all of the ins and outs of using this flour. I'm constantly opening the cookbook to try a new recipe and I have yet to come across something I wanted to make that the book didn't have a recipe for! They thought of everything when creating this book!

Fantastic cookbook! The book is beautiful and the pictures are so well done. But the recipes are absolutely delicious. This cookbook is my go to favorite for any occasion.
