I've not had these before. I was quite pleased with them. I used them in a stout bone bone broth with pulled beef, spinach, onions & onions. simple relatively plain but delicious.

Seriously, this pasta is DELICIOUS. It's so delicious that I only add a tiny bit of milk, butter, and a sprinkle of pepper. The pasta is the star of the dish here.
