The Story of Jovial and Einkorn

When Carla and Rodolfo had the idea of growing einkorn wheat, there was very little of this grain being cultivated worldwide, so they had to coordinate the farming themselves. Their search led us to this farm, where they had been growing ancient varieties of oats, barley, emmer, lentils, and chick peas for over thirty years. They had never planted einkorn before, and now, only a few years later, we are working together on this project in a perfect partnership committed not only to what we are growing, but how we grow it.

    Love them!!!

    I love and cook exclusively with Einkorn flour. I've been trying to find a very good recipe for pancakes then they developed this. They are perfect. I actually add 1 can of crushed pineapple (eliminate the liquid because the liquid is in the can of pineapple) and 2 eggs to 2 cups of the pancake/waffle mix. Cook it on a cast iron flat pan with a little of organic coconut oil. The pancakes come out awesome. You can add what ever kind of fruit you want and make them your own. I don't need to find a recipe anymore, we have it in this pancake/waffle mix. Husband LOVES them and wants them several times a week now.

    REALLY DELICIOUS

    So easy to make and excellent ingredients. They are so delicious. You can add some crushed pineapple or blueberries and make them even more desirable. We loved it that you can make a small batch, medium or the entire package, instructions on the back. Outstanding job Jovial!!! Great Product!! Thank you....highly recommend this if you love pancakes or waffles.
