Hummus With Olive Oil

Ingredients

  • 1 jar of Jovial Organic Chickpeas
  • 2 tablespoons Jovial Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • ¼ teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Drain chickpeas over a medium bowl to catch the cooking liquid.
  2. Add chickpeas, olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, cumin, and salt to the bowl of a food processor. Process until you have a stiff paste.
  3. Drizzle 3 tablespoons of reserved cooking liquid while pulsing the machine until the paste smooths out.
  4. Garnish with a bit of oil and serve.
