Organic Gluten Free Brown Rice Spaghetti

I quit eating bread and pastas made with Wheat because wheat has lectins in it. And not everyone knows this but, lectins destroy the gut to some degree! Boy when I found this out, well, I quit eating wheat anything even cereal’s! And I noticed my stomach and gut was healthier and happier! Lol. What a difference in my life. I have no more gut issues since I stopped eating wheat breads, wheat pastas and wheat cereals. Hallelujah. I can't believe I'm giving a GF item 5 stars, but jovial GF pasta deserves every star and a couple more. I've recently had to become GF..I tried a few different GF pastas but didn't really love any of them so I essentially gave up pasta…until now. Wow. Wow. Wow. I like this pasta just as much as regular pasta. In fact, I'm not sure I could tell a difference in texture or taste in all honesty (at least with sauce; I did not try a bite without sauce). Kudos to Jovial Foods. Im thrilled! Pasta's back on the menu!!
