The Story of Jovial and Brown Rice

Several years ago, Carla approached a Tuscan pasta factory with the idea of making an organic gluten free pasta with only one ingredient, organic brown rice flour. She also asked that the pasta be pressed with traditional bronze dies, not with the Teflon dies used by today’s large pasta manufacturers. Additionally, the pasta had to be dried at low temperatures. No small feat for gluten free, but she had a hunch that jovial consumers would taste & appreciate the difference.

    These were my first taste of Jovial GF pasta and I was wowed. If all of their other shapes taste like this i'll be buying them all. the texture was just like real pasta and there was no off flavor or smell. I have been happily eating Barilla's GF spaghetti and fettucine but now will be trying yours!

    I GOT THE PRODUCT AT ONE OF THE GROCERY 1 MONTH AGO, I JUST MADE IT YESTERDAY, USUALLY I HATE GLUTEN FREE PASTA BECAUSE OF MY ALLERGY RESONS NO ESCAPE, BUT I REALLY LOVES THIS ONE!!! THE COOK TIME, NOT STICKING EACH OTHER, AND THE TASTE :) AMAZING....
