The Story of Jovial and Einkorn

When Carla and Rodolfo had the idea of growing einkorn wheat, there was very little of this grain being cultivated worldwide, so they had to coordinate the farming themselves. Their search led us to this farm, where they had been growing ancient varieties of oats, barley, emmer, lentils, and chick peas for over thirty years. They had never planted einkorn before, and now, only a few years later, we are working together on this project in a perfect partnership committed not only to what we are growing, but how we grow it.

You are not going to find a more complete, delicious pasta. I eat completely GF except for Jovial Enikorn and feel great.

Wholegrain pasta in sustainable packaging
I cannot get this product in local stores so buy it online from Jovial. It is exactly what I want: wholegrain pasta (no animal products) and fully recyclable packaging.

Organic Einkorn Whole Wheat Fusilli
This pasta is delicious, as well as being super healthy. The whole wheat is not overwhelming very subtle. It is delicious with those sauces that like to served with fusilli. I only buy Einkorn pasta from jovial. It is the best!
