Hummus With Olive Oil

Ingredients
- 1 jar of jovial organic chickpeas
- 2 tablespoons jovial extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- ¼ teaspoon ground cumin
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Drain chickpeas over a medium bowl to catch the cooking liquid.
- Add chickpeas, olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, cumin, and salt to the bowl of a food processor. Process until you have a stiff paste.
- Drizzle 3 tablespoons of reserved cooking liquid while pulsing the machine until the paste smooths out.
- Garnish with a bit of oil and serve.
