Vegan Tuna Salad with Chickpeas

  1. Add chickpeas to a food processor and pulse until consistency of chunky tuna. Set aside.
  2. Add red onion, pickles, olives, parsley, olive oil, salt, nori powder, vegan mayo, and lemon juice to the food processor and process until fine.
  3. Combine with chickpeas.
  4. Garnish with parsley and serve.
