Ingredients
- 3 tbsp. jovial Reserve Blend Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 18 oz. jovial Whole Peeled Tomatoes
- 1 fresh or dried red chili pepper, chopped
- 1 tbsp minced fresh parsley
- ½ cup shredded Pecorino Romano cheese
Instructions
- Heat oil in a large skillet. Add the garlic, tomatoes and red pepper with salt to taste.
- Simmer for 25 minutes, breaking up the tomatoes as they soften.
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions.
- Turn the sauce up to high, add the drained pasta and parsley, cook for about a minute until the pasta absorbs the sauce. Serve with Pecorino Romano cheese right from the skillet.
