Pre-order Jovial's Olio Nuovo and Save!
On Monday, October 12th, the harvest and pressing of jovial’s organic extra virgin olive oil began. Joy, relief, and celebration were the emotions felt as the first of twenty small farmers delivered his small crates of freshly-harvested olives.
Ordinary olives they are not, because jovial’s extra virgin olive oil is made from three ancient varieties of olives that had never travelled outside of the hands of these local farmers until their oil reached the jovial bottle two years ago. After last year’s terrible crop, everyone present at the first-pressing was feeling relief that mother nature had worked her magic and the olive trees were heavy again with healthy fruit.
Jovial founders, Carla and Rodolfo, live in Italy for most of the year, overseeing our farming and production. This is their family’s favorite extra virgin olive oil, from the Veneto region of Italy, because the cooler climate of Northern Italy fosters a slower ripening and a delicate flavor that is suitable to all types of cooking. Two years ago, they convinced local farmers to allow them to bottle their special reserve blend and offer it direct to customers in limited quantities. This partnership feels good on many levels because we know our customers are getting the highest quality oil that would be otherwise impossible to find, and in turn, we are supporting the special custodians of olive trees that date back five centuries.

I recently heard some sad news - that most olive oils are not 100% olive oil but a mixture of olive oil plus other oils.
Could you please tell me if your oil is mixed w/ other oils?
Thank you for your time.
Renee
