Gluten Free Pasta Shells & Walnut Cream Sauce

Ingredients
- 1 cup walnuts
- 3 tablespoons jovial Reserve Blend Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon parsley, minced
- 1 teaspoon fresh marjoram, minced
- ½ teaspoon fine sea salt
- ½ teaspoon red pepper flakes
- ½ cup heavy cream
- ¾ cup grated Parmigiano Reggiano cheese
- 12 ounce package of jovial Brown Rice Shells
Instructions
- Add walnuts, olive oil, garlic, parsley, marjoram, salt, and red pepper to a food processor and process until finely chopped.
- Add heavy cream and cheese and process until smooth.
- Cook pasta according to instructions. Remove 3 tablespoons of pasta cooking water and stir into the walnut sauce before draining the pasta.
- Toss pasta with sauce, add grated cheese, and serve.
