Quick & Easy Linguine Marinara
Ingredients
- 18 oz. jovial Diced Tomatoes
- 1 minced clove garlic
- 3 tbsp. jovial Reserve Blend Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- ¼ tsp. oregano
- 13 oz. jovial Cannellini Beans, drained
- 15 fresh basil leaves
- 1 tsp. sea salt
- black pepper to taste
- 3½ cups water
- 12 oz. jovial Whole Grain Einkorn Linguine
Instructions
- In a large skillet as wide as the length of the linguine, place dry pasta on the bottom of the pan.
- Add tomatoes, garlic, olive oil, oregano, beans, basil, salt and pepper.
- Pour water over the ingredients.
- Bring to a boil, then cook on medium heat uncovered for 15 minutes.
- As soon as pasta softens, stir frequently.
- Serve from the skillet with freshly grated cheese.
