Farmer Paolo Cooks Tagliatelle al Ragú
Paolo has been a friend for many years. Now, he grows our organic einkorn wheat right outside his kitchen window in the beautiful rolling hills on his farm in Northern Italy. We got together with him and had some fun learning how to make his mother’s ragú. We celebrated his wonderful demonstration with a dish of jovial’s new gluten free egg tagliatelle topped with this slow-cooked meat sauce. It was a hearty bowl of authentic Italian cooking at its finest and gluten free.
