What is the Shipping Procedure?

Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information.

Orders will ship from our warehouse in the order they are received. Typical processing time is 3-5 business days from receipt of your order. Please confirm that your shipping address is correct to assure timely delivery. Please use additional address lines for shipment details including gate codes or access codes. Be sure to check your shipping confirmation email to track your package.

We currently ship to the contiguous 48 states, APO/FPO, and Alaska and Hawaii. Most items ship via FedEX. PO Boxes ship via USPS or FedEx Smartpost.

NOTE: Heavy orders (orders over 30 lbs.) shipped to Alaska or Hawaii require an overweight surcharge. Actual shipping charges will be accrued and displayed at check out. The (99.01+) $25.00 shipping offer is not applicable if your order is over $99.01 and exceeds 30 lbs.

Returns

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. We do not accept returns of any food products. You may return any unused non-food item ordered from our website within 30 days of the date of the order for a full refund (minus shipping and handling). Damaged orders will be reshipped or a store credit can be applied to your MyRewards account. All returns or refunds must be authorized by jovial foods. Returns, refunds and replacements are not possible after 30 days. Please call our office at 1-877-642-0644, Mon-Fri from 8:30am to 4:30pm EST to obtain authorization for a return, refund or replacement.
