  1. In a large serving bowl combine tomatoes, garlic, oil, vinegar, salt and pepper to taste.
  2. Let stand for 30 minutes, mixing occasionally.
  3. Cook the pasta according to package instructions.
  4. Drain the pasta and add to the tomatoes. Toss in the arugula and Pecorino Romano cheese and serve.
