Pear-Mango Olive Oil Smoothie

Makes about 1 quart

  • 2 ripe mangos, peeled and diced
  • 2 ripe pears, peeled and diced
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons Jovial Reserve Blend Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • ¼ teaspoon ground cardamom
  • Sweetener to taste (optional)


  1. Add all the ingredients to a blender and blend on high until smooth and creamy.
  2. Serve at room temperature.

Additional Tips

We do not add sweetener because the ripe fruits are sweet enough, and we prefer a bit of tang to this beverage.
