Makes about 1 quart
Pear-Mango Olive Oil Smoothie
- 2 ripe mangos, peeled and diced
- 2 ripe pears, peeled and diced
- 1 cup water
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons Jovial Reserve Blend Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- ¼ teaspoon ground cardamom
- Sweetener to taste (optional)
- Add all the ingredients to a blender and blend on high until smooth and creamy.
- Serve at room temperature.
