Jovial's Holiday Party

At the close of the year, I look forward to cooking dinner for our staff and their families, something I started doing many years ago at my home. Now at the new jovial headquarters  in our very own test kitchen, this evening is my way of thanking everyone for their hard work and dedication to our company’s mission. Most of the year, I live far away in Italy working on manufacturing, so it takes an awesome group of people to keep everything running so smoothly.

I spent a few days preparing for the dinner because we had sales meetings until late afternoon that day. I love to spend time at in our kitchen and the property is so beautiful. My husband and daughter helped, making fresh pasta, cookies, and cakes.  Cooking for people I love and admire, it’s what I enjoy the most in life! It was an einkorn feast made with many jovial products:

  1. What a wonderful party! I could almost taste how delicious that food looked. The new kitchen is beautiful.
  2. Will you ever come up with products and flours that do not use gums?
    1. We use gums to bind or thicken the baked goods. We sourced GMO Free products that came with health benefits as well.
