Hello. I was wondering if you have a recipe for a sandwich bread with all-purpose flour using yeast. I would like to make something without waiting for a starter to mature. Is there a simple substitution for yeast with your current bread recipes?

Carla, do you have a recipe for all purpose sourdough rolls? Thank you for all the sourdough videos. They helped me so much!

Hello. I’m in the middle of making the classic French Boule and realize that my timing is bad as I have just started the first rise (2PM) and I’m leaving 2 hours into the rise, and won’t be able to do anything for another 8 hours afterwards. So the first rise could go for 10 or so hours! Should I put it in the fridge before leaving after 2 hours, or let it rise for the entire time -10 hours. Help!!!

Can a KitchenAid stand mixer be used for your Einkorn breads? I currently make all of our bread using that and I just ordered 20 pounds of Einkorn berries! I’d love to be able to use my stand mixer for this.

We recommend mixing by hand. Overmixing Einkorn will activate its stickiness and this can easily happen in a stand up mixer. One of the keys to good Einkorn bread is learning how the dough feels in your hands.

Can I use Any of the Einkorn flours to make bread in a bread machine? Are adjustments needed or would I follow the recipes from the bread machine. And which flours would be best?If you have a recipe that can be made in a bread machine please send a link. Thank you.
