We have been tempting you with pictures of two new gluten free pasta products lately. Look at these beautiful egg pasta tagliatelle nests, produced with 100% organic brown rice and eggs from a small farm where the hens are truly free to roam. They are crafted the traditional way with bronze dies and slow drying.
Today we made our first batch and they will be shipping soon, arriving right after the Christmas holiday.
And how long has it been since you’ve seen gluten free lasagna that looks this good? Lasagna is a great family meal and since our noodles do not require boiling before baking, you can prepare a nice whole grain dinner with ease. Our lasagna also reheats well.
